Rob
Smith has over 30 years experience of construction problems on major
projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, North Africa and the Middle and
Far East.
He
has been involved in almost all types of projects including Marine,
Tunnels, Roadworks, Railways, Pharmaceuticals, Process, Oil and Gas,
Pipelines, Offshore, Mechanical, Electrical, Light Civils and Building
Works.
He
is experienced in the pre-contract processes as well as the processes
of negotiated settlements, adjudication, expert evaluation,
arbitration, litigation and mediation. He is familiar with the many
forms of contract agreements and has worked for Contractors,
Sub-Contractors and Employers. He has acted as arbitrator in several
minor disputes during a period in the Middle East but prefers to act as
Expert Witness in relation to matters of programming and quantum.

Richard Dellar | | Position:Claims Consultant | Richard
Dellar is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of
experience in the construction industry having worked on many differing
projects in the UK and overseas under various forms of contract
including hotels, nuclear storage facilities, recording studios,
commercial developments and civil engineering works. Richard joined
Cavith in 1998 as a director and is based in Bath, England.
He is well versed in claims strategy and has undertaken many expert
witness appointments in the fields of extensions of time, loss and
expenses and final account entitlement. He has also acted as
adjudicator/mediator in several disputes and has received appointments
as arbitrator under the 1996 Arbitration Act. |

Martin Kuriger | | Position:M&E Specialist | Martin
Kuriger is a Chartered Engineer with more than 25 years experience
within the construction industry working for both contractors and
consultants. He has an honours degree in Electrical and Electronic
Engineering and has a successful track record in combining his
technical knowledge and ability with his construction and management
experience. Martin has a wealth of both
national and international experience in matters such as construction
management, the resolution of contractual problems, the submission of
and defence of claims, the review of contracts, measurement and
evaluation of works and the programming and financial aspects of major
projects, especially those of a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
nature. |

| Position:Planning Analyst |
As
a reliable, well organised and diligent Planning Manager, Richard has
15 years experience in tender, contract and claim environments within
the planning field including some valuable Project Management
experience. He has worked on a wide variety of construction projects
including office and retail developments, hotels, hospitals and
airports both in the UK and overseas. Richard's experience to date has
given him a sound understanding with commensurate abilities in planning
and construction management skills. He
successfully combines a professional attitude and a good sense of
humour with the ability to work in a team or unsupervised under his own
initiative. He possesses an excellent understanding of all the major
planning software packages and regularly uses computers as an aid in
producing quality work.
